We’re currently expanding our team responsible for Cytric Travel Solutions and we’re seeking a Delivery Manager who will have a key role in scoping, planning, and managing Cytric Service Deliveries for our customers.

responsibilities :
Engineer Solution for customer prospects
Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical/Functional support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams
Provide customized demos
Apply project methodology, goals, objectives, provide resource planning and budgeting
Manage implementations of Cytric Travel solution for customers
Implementation of Cytric Travel according to scope and plan
Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
Oversee technical operations and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructure
Write implementation configuration document that reflects customer requirements
Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
Manage Customer’s post-go-live Support Services
requirements-expected :
University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or IT
Experience working as a Implementation Engineer and Project Coordinator/ Lead, in the travel industry
Valid experience in business travel industry, ideally in Travel Management Company
Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
Experience working with Online Booking Tools, most preferably Cytric Travel
Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
Ability to handle the different phases of a project, following company’s methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
Fluent English – min. B2
