responsibilities :
Engineer Solution for customer prospects
Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical/Functional support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams
Provide customized demos
Apply project methodology, goals, objectives, and provide resource planning and budgeting
Manage Project implementations of Cytric Easy & Expense solution to customers
Implementation of Cytric Easy & Expense according to the scope and plan - focus mostly on Cytric Expense
Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
Oversee technical operations and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient integration into the client software ecosystem and infrastructure
Write an implementation configuration document that reflects customer requirements
Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
Manage Customers post go life Support Services
requirements-expected :
University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business, or IT
Experience working as an Implementation Engineer and Project Coordinator/ Lead, in the travel industry
Valid experience in the business travel industry, ideally in a Travel Management Company
Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
Experience working with Online Booking Tools, preferably Cytric Easy
Experience in Project management of Cytric Expense Solutions
Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
Ability to handle the different phases of a project, following the companys methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
Fluent English
Fluency in German is highly appreciated
