Your responsibilities

Post-Sales Support: Provide comprehensive post-sales support to business clients, ensuring smooth service delivery in IT Outsourcing, ongoing operations, and accurate billing coordination.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with key internal teams such as Sales, Allocation Center, and Payoff to align service execution and customer satisfaction.
Consultant Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for consultants assigned to your clients. Maintain regular communication and provide day-to-day operational support and care.
System Operations: Manage and operate internal business systems to support efficient delivery and administrative processes.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team by contributing to proposal preparation and supporting pre-sales and sales activities.

Our requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience working with business clients on projects of varying complexity and scale.
At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
Solid technological understanding across different IT domains, enabling effective client communication.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
High level of professionalism and maturity in client interactions.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under time pressure.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making.
Experience working with internal business systems.
