About ASTEK DPO
Asteks Projects and Operations Department (DPO) coordinates the Groups international projects, pre-sales and expertise.
With five global and international sector programs, the DPO brings together over 1,000 IT and engineering specialists, working on more than 100 projects with a commitment to results.
Team: 1,000 engineers, 80 project managers and project directors
As a person directly reporting to the Program Director you will provide your expertise in project management and application methodologies, mainly in the healthcare sector.
Your responsibilities include:
Pre-sales:
Implementing the growth strategy in line with your perimeters
objectives.
Providing support to sales representatives during client meetings to
assess technical needs and define target environments.
Developing comprehensive responses to RFI/RFP/RFO, including specification analysis, solution design in partnership with the sales team, defining response strategy, and proposal negotiations.
Establishing and strengthening strategic relationships with clients and partners to drive long-term business growth.
Transformation:
Transforming technical support teams into strategic commitment-driven initiatives.
Defining and managing the transformation plan for the selected perimeters.
Delivery:
Supervising project managers and supporting less experienced staff.
Contributing to the improvement and industrialization of project management practices.
Ensuring project margins, on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements (QCD).
Monitoring KPIs, managing portfolio risk and ensuring internal reporting Monitor order flow and invoicing according to project progress.
Ensuring customer and team satisfaction, leading the network of experts.
requirements-expected :
Education: Masters degree in IT, engineering or IT Project Management.
Experience: Solid experience (at least 5 years) in managing IT Projects with commitments, in Agile mode (Scrum, Kanban) or V-cycle, in the IT Company4rf
Managerial skills: Proven experience in team management on IT Projects involving software development, technical platforms, service centers and/or fixed-price contracts.
Pre-sales expertise: Ability to manage end-to-end tender responses and convince customers of the value of results commitments.
Languages: Fluency English (essential).
Mobility: Available for regular travels in Poland, especially at the start.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and mastery of soft skills.
Tools and methods: Proficient in utilizing advanced tools and methodologies for managing complex projects, encompassing various forms of customer and supplier engagement.
