responsibilities :

• Manage delivery for the global WPB Mobile Platform program.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, fostering communication and collaboration.
• Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Teams to develop and deliver product roadmaps.
• Establish team structures for efficient delivery aligned with roadmaps.
• Oversee large, complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery through effective planning, governance, and reporting.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and quality, addressing issues and risks proactively.
• Facilitate meetings to manage and minimize project risks.
• Engage with business units, IT, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure risk management, process improvements, and adherence to governance standards.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices.

• Extensive experience managing full project lifecycles with strong initiation, analysis, and transition skills.
• PMP or Agile SCRUM certification (or equivalent experience).
• Proven success delivering large-scale agile projects in multinational environments, especially mobile and digital.
• Experience in Delivery Management or IT Program Management for programs over $10 million.
• Degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership in managing global matrix teams and working independently or collaboratively.
• Commercial acumen with strong risk management skills.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with change management in tier-one financial institutions.
• Familiarity with banking standards and modern digital technologies, especially mobile apps
