• Experience: 10+ years in software delivery, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1).
