responsibilities :
Lead change initiatives within SVS/VS structures or support Delivery Lead in organizing and driving change from inception to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
Plan, mobilize, and deliver multiple work streams of large-scale, complex initiatives end-to-end, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
Ensure adoption and deployment of the Change Framework within initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align with the broader change portfolio and organizational strategy, values, and behaviors.

requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects across countries or regions.
Strong understanding of the banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizations.
Proven experience delivering significant change and working with stakeholders in multiple locations.Hands-on experience managing projects in Agile, including working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Self-driven, able to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience running meetings in English via video or teleconference.
Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and governance.
Knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
