• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager or similar role, overseeing service delivery and managing complex BAU activities
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong ability to coordinate across sales, recruitment, technical, and operational teams
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Analytical mindset with expertise in data reporting and deriving actionable insights
• Familiarity with contract management, workforce planning, and operational best practices
