Key responsibilities:

• Lead change initiatives or assist in organizing and driving change from inception to closure.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Plan, mobilize, and deliver multiple work streams of large-scale initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
• Ensure adoption and deployment of change frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to maintain alignment with the wider change portfolio and organizational strategy, values, and behaviours.

• At least 5 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions.
• Understanding of banking, financial services, and/or shared services organizations.
• Proven experience in delivering significant change and collaborating with stakeholders in multiple locations.
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies; working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Self-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including virtual meeting facilitation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
• Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile PM) are an advantage.
