As a Delivery Manager you will be working for our client, a leading media organization delivering large-scale television and digital production solutions. You will support the development and evolution of systems within the TV Production and Media domain, including tools for TV scheduling and broadcast operations. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of automation initiatives, close collaboration with cross-functional IT teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of complex technology products aligned with business expectations in a fast-paced broadcast environment.

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/week).
responsibilities :
Manage the delivery of business process automation initiatives
Own the full product lifecycle from implementation through maintenance
Collaborate with IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, and Digital teams on solution architecture
Create annual roadmaps based on business needs analysis
Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate work of the project team and IT vendors
Identify and align deliverables of project work products
Coordinate communication with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
Prepare preliminary estimates for development and testing activities
Define and document functional and technical requirements
Coordinate and support IT and UAT testing, including preparing test scenarios
Analyze and resolve incidents escalated to third-line IT support
Ensure effective project communication and provide weekly status reporting
Monitor technology trends to proactively support business needs
Create system architecture and business process documentation
Develop business requirements documentation for new initiatives
requirements-expected :
Higher education degree in a technical or IT field
At least 3 years of experience in IT product delivery or development
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management
Solid understanding of project management practices
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to prepare functional and technical documentation
Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams and vendors
Analytical skills in incident and problem management
English proficiency at B1/B2 level
