responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle implementations and migrations of Cytric Easy & Expense
Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, designing solutions that fit their business
Act as subject-matter expert, supporting pre-sales, demos, and solution design
Manage delivery timelines, risks, and budgets to ensure successful go-lives
Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business, or IT
Background in business travel, ideally within a TMC or with online booking tools
Hands-on experience with Cytric Easy and preferably Cytric Expense
Strong project management skills across all phases of delivery
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred)
