The dynamically developing Agile & Atlassian Competency Center operates in two areas - broadly understood agility and Atlassian stack ecosystem. Currently, our team has over 120 committed consultants and dozens of successfully completed projects. As Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, we comprehensively support our clients as part of the implementation of Atlassian Platform products by implementing business processes and their automation, maintenance and optimization of Atlassian tools, training and provision of licenses.
Join our team as a Delivery Manager – a key stakeholder responsible for leading complex project streams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting winning sales processes. In this role, you will drive successful implementations across cloud and on-premise environments, collaborate closely with clients and consultants, and contribute to the continued growth of a strong, creative, and high-performing team.
responsibilities :
Execute and supervise Agile and Atlassian projects
Independently implement commercial projects and take responsibility for the project’s financial results
Meet client needs and maintain high customer satisfaction as well as professional, long-term relationships
Drive business growth in services sales by promoting the Sii offer, gathering business intelligence on clients and competitors, and identifying and creating new upselling opportunities among Sii Clients
Identify and develop valuable ideas, share knowledge, provide insights, and participate in conferences, job fairs, workshops, and training sessions
Support the preparation of technical and commercial offers
Contribute to building winning proposals in cooperation with Sii PSD, the Sales Department, and Sii Experts
Perform quality assurance activities and manage project risks
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within IT service delivery or project management
Proven experience as a vendor representative, not only in internal project management
Experience in managing own teams and budgets
Practical usage of Agile approaches and methodologies
Technical background
Diagnosing problems and documenting the knowledge
Ability to maintain good business relationships with customers
Determination, proactivity, ambition, ability to work in a team, and positive attitude
Skill in delegating and enforcing tasks
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of project management tools: Jira, MS Office
Fluent in Polish required
Residing in Poland required
