About the Team:
In Delivery & Planning, we have a mission of driving and improving end-to-end delivery of tech initiatives in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams – seeking to deliver expected outcomes and value for our customers and colleagues in the shortest possible time to market while staying within budget.
As part of expanding the Pandora Digital & Technology organization in Poland, we are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead for our Integration Services Platform Line.
In this role, you will be leading the delivery for the Integration Service Platform Line, a virtual agile organisation that strives to build scalable, best-of-breed integrations in Pandora. You will become an integral part of the platform line leadership team, working alongside the Product and Engineering Leads, and report directly to the Delivery Director for Core Tech.
We would like to hear from you if you are a strong enabler & facilitator with a servant leadership mindset, strong foundations in Agile, with previous working experience as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, Release Train Engineer, or similar.
You can see yourself working in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders, where your communication and interpersonal skills are needed and your ability to collaborate and engage is essential.
