We are now recruiting a Delegation Support Manager who will support offshore business by delegating employees for work abroad for the execution of offshore projects. The Delegation Support Manager supports global mobility processes by providing business requirements and is responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with rules and regulations in the host countries while covering the company and employees against risks related to cross-border posting of workers.
Responsibilities:
- Prior execution of projects: Entering New Projects / Countries
Provide fact-supported input to ENP process regarding: Immigration requirements / pre-investigation with Vialto, Posted Workers Declarations, Social Security, Tax / tax ID, Insurance, local vaccination recommendations, etc., Home / host-based assignment support. - Prior execution of projects: Creation of project in GM Tools
Communication to Global Mobility, delegating line managers, employees, etc.; Internal training for employees/Proxies; Project assessment / Project concept. - Prior execution of projects: Creation of processes and instructions
Based on ENP process input, draft process description for operating model; Develop instructions and input for training material. - During execution of projects: Immigration applications
Maintain process descriptions/instructions; Develop templates; Training, advisory, operational support; Preparation and execution of applications; Coordination of biometric, embassy appointments, passport expiry, etc. - During execution of projects: Posted Workers Declarations and social security
Process support; Training, advisory, support and escalations; Support special cases; Employer declarations; Coordination with project sites. - During and after execution of projects: Tax support
Application process tax ID, etc.; Support the employees with calendar, questionnaires, documents, etc.; Coordination with Tax team and external service providers, project sites, etc. - Other tasks:
Support Global Mobility, new tools, processes, etc. specifying business needs and requirements; Internal communication, advisory, support, and coordination.
Required Experience and Skills:
- +5 years practical experience with immigration and cross-border assignment of workers for construction activities in multiple countries.
- Knowledge about posted workers regulations.
- Knowledge about social security regulations.
- Willingness to learn and ability to learn by doing.
- Capable of making decisions based on acquired facts - and courage to defend the decisions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of working independently. Reliable and trustworthy. Good listening skills. Detail-oriented and persistent, performance of high quality.
- Cross-cultural mindset. Experience working with colleagues from different cultures.
- Good written and oral business English.
