We are looking for an experienced Defect Manager who will reporting to the Technical QA Manager, the Defect Manager will be responsible for governance of the defect lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
This role will act as a key liaison between client and 3rd party stakeholders, coordinating defect identification, reporting, tracking and formal resolution process(es) whilst maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
