responsibilities :
Develop and maintain deep learning models to automate a variety of common Service Desk tasks
Build integrations with external systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Microsoft Teams (using Python)
Work on additional automation initiatives beyond deep learning, primarily using Python
Collaborate within the Cognitive and Robotics team in Cloud Infrastructure Services
Exchange knowledge and experience with consultants, subject matter experts, and architects across the globe
requirements-expected :
Well-educated or sufficiently self-taught in machine learning and information development
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM)
Fluent in: Python, PyTorch or Tensorflow
Experience working with API integration
A strong devotion for structure and a genuine affection for solving problems
Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
Fluent English
