We are looking for a Transport Planning & Execution Specialist that will provide a dedicated fleet service to all EUR THUBs and Supply Chain organisations. The main elements of the role are end‑to‑end transport processes including: planning with optimal utilisation, load readiness procedure (incl. booking process), exception and change management (including load and unload resolution), haulier relationship management, in‑transit tracking, to deliver cost, service and sustainability drivers. To ensure transportation plans are actionable, executable, optimised (cost, empty mileage, time & availability, service) and ready for physical logistics partners to execute by successfully managing extraordinary changes and requests from exterior parties and influences.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Generate executable and optimal transportation plans given parameters defined by upstream supply chain partners and constraints within the physical logistics network.
- Support the organization and consolidation of transport plans with THUBs teams, factory and warehouse to manage capacity and demand and find solutions to ensure overall optimisation.
- Act as the outbound transportation point of contact for assigned factory/distribution centre locations and THUB teams.
- Planning and execution of dedicated fleet transports with focus on optimisation of truck movement (cost, empty mileage, time & availability, service).
