Foton, one of the worlds leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dealership Networking Manager to join our team in Warsaw. FOTON offers a full range of fuel and new energy vehicles, including trucks, vans, buses and construction machinery. Our company has surpassed a global sales milestone of over 11 million vehicles. Your key role will involve:

  • Ability to easily Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. Evaluate opportunities for collaboration and assess the potential value of partnerships
  • Being in your element of Managing Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing alignment with partnership goals. Supporting Dealers to achieve constant growth of contracts and Sales.
  • Create and execute partnership strategies to expand the company’s reach and enhance its offerings. Develop detailed plans for each partnership, including goals, timelines, and performance metrics. Deliver impactful consulting sessions and presentations to service managers and advisors
  • Feeling right at home at Negotiating and Finalizing Agreements: Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements. Ensure that all terms and conditions align with the company’s objectives and legal requirements.
  • Resolving Issues: Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise in partnerships. Ensure that issues are managed promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
  • Extending FOTONs strategical partnerships with Commercial Vehicles Dealerships like Mgroup, Ford Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Volvo, Isuzu and other local dealers.


Our requirements:

  • Experience working in the Automotive Area and Dealership Network Development
  • Proven track record of direct sales and large customer partnership development, business development, or a similar role
  • Experience within EU Commercial Vehicles Dealerships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with broader business goals
  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Relevant network within Zasada Group will be an advantage
