YOUR ROLE

Global BSv Commercial Team is responsible for the costing and pricing of new business on a global level. We are currently looking to expand this capacity and would like to recruit a commercial analyst based in Poland.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparing the pricing of new business and extensions to existing contracts.
• Supporting the bid team in selling profitable business in line with SBU/Group targets and guidelines and that does not put Capgemini at a disproportionate level of risk through commercial modeling and contributing to the commercial strategy.
• Engagement in reviewing, drafting of commercial proposal and associated documents (e.g. terms & conditions, pricing templates, commercial summary etc.) as required, working closely with, and advising Sales, Legal, Delivery, HR and other members of the bid team as appropriate.
• Following contract signature assuring that a comprehensive handover is provided to the ongoing delivery team so that they have full understanding of the commercial shape of the deal.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VBA not required but will be an asset).
• Fluent oral and written skills in English language.
• Good accounting knowledge and experience in cost and price modelling will be an asset.
• A self-starter who can work independently and think out of the box as well as a team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible about work content, timings, and location.
• Client-focus attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• We don’t require specific process knowledge.
