We are looking for:
DDI Operations Engineer Lead
Your future role:
- As a leader in this area you are expected to solve unique problems efficiently and effectively. You must be available to colleagues as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide mentoring to team members.
- Supervise a team with various skill sets all focused on the goal of providing stellar customer support across the PwC Global Network Connectivity Suite of Services (SDWAN, VPN, Firewalls, DDI, WAF) with a primary focus on DDI.
- Sourcing and bringing in new technologies & features into DDI.
- Setting out the overall team roadmap and designing how the various technologies fit together successfully.
- Ensuring Day-to-Day Operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities for improving team skills on both Network and Automation-related skills.
- Effectively communicating progress to various stakeholders across the organization.
Apply, if you have:
- Strong Networking skills across all areas of DNS, IP Networking & Routing, SDWAN Technologies, VPNs, PaloAlto Firewalls, WAFs.
- Understanding various types of Monitoring & Alerting tools such as NPMs, Synthetics Monitoring Tools & SIEMS.
- Knowledge about ServiceNow Event Management, CMDB & WorkSpace.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate to both Senior Management and the team.
