Job Title

dCom BDM, European Expansion Business at Mondelēz International

Job Overview

Lead the development and activation of the emerging eCommerce channel for Mondelēz International’s EU Expansion Business. Partner with marketing, equity, and central eCommerce teams to sell through Omnichannel, Pure Play Amazon, and eB2B platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the EU eCommerce growth plan and activate promotion pricing structures.
  • Manage the Amazon self‑service interface to drive 1p sales across EU, track ROAS, and report performance.
  • Execute selling programs related to category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans.
  • Align marketing and equity strategies with distributor and customer needs.
  • Act as the internal eCommerce expert and create actionable, measurable customer plans.
  • Provide functional brand and category expertise internally and externally.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management and collaborate tightly with marketing and analytics teams.

Qualifications

  • Functional eCommerce expertise with key online B2C and eB2B sales levers.
  • Amazon 1p experience.
  • Future‑focused mindset, curiosity about industry trends and digital solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and effective communication skills.
  • Analytical and business‑acumen skills.
  • Proven experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.

Main Requirements

  • BA/MA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of commercial experience with a focus on building commercial strategies and understanding marketing dynamics.
  • 3+ years in eCommerce within the FMCG industry, preferred in EU.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Amazon 1p self‑service and Amazon Academy certifications.
  • Proven track record in FMCG business environment, preferably in EU.
  • Experience in business development and market activation.
  • Experience in international roles with remote collaboration skills.
  • Very good English; other languages a plus.
