You will become a DBS Refinery Senior Project Manager in Data & Architecture Office, who provides highest quality services to DAO by end to end delivery of one or more projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.
responsibilities :
You will help with hiring governance process to ensure stability in the resources for all agreed projects and timelines.
You will collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships providing regular updates, obtains buy-in from the project sponsor, Steering Committee and other stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments, and changes.
You will act as front of the house for DBS Refinery project, drive discussions with potential stakeholders, negotiate budgets for delivered services and will coordinate DBS R Project communications with stakeholders and clients.
You will manage Change Adoption to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realisation.
You will provide timely reports on project status, risks and issues, evaluating project performance and will promote and take accountability for project quality; identifies opportunities to improve delivery and oversees the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions are taken.
You will manage responsibilities, objectives and task allocations for large project or programme to ensure the individuals are being used in accordance with their skills.
You will also act as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages the professionalism and development of our teams.

Knowledge of project lifecycle and project management tools. You will represent DBS Refinery business case on various Transformations forums, reporting project progress and benefits realisation.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work in agile environment. You will be responsible for project realisation monitoring, support of resource mobilisation and budget consumption controlling.
Senior stakeholder management skills. You will interact with managers and department heads on daily basis.
Proficiency in English. We are a diverse company. Ability to communicate on a business level with everyone is a must.
Reporting and presenting skills. You must know how to analyse and present data in a clear manner.
