Responsibilities

  • Govern the DtW DBB template and validate planning, replenishment, warehousing and distribution standards.
  • Drive process conformance, perform analyses and share best practices to improve supply performance.
  • Lead and develop the E2E DtW stream team and collaborate closely with DBB Design and D&T.
  • Manage DtW‑related change requests, including impact assessment, solution design, testing and release.
  • Partner with Data & Technology to secure template alignment across systems and data flows.
  • Define PPIs and drive continuous improvement in DtW performance.
  • Manage change activities and support adoption of DtW ways of working in OpCos.

Qualifications

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, warehousing or logistics.
  • Understand the interaction between planning processes, warehouse systems and data/technology.
  • Be analytical, structured and strong at cross‑functional problem solving.
  • Communicate clearly and can translate complex concepts into simple, structured messages.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Bring proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and energize teams through change.
  • Have led supply‑chain system implementations or process standardization initiatives.
