We are looking for a DBB Standing Organisation Stream Lead FP&A to bring the global DBB design to life within Operating Companies (OpCos), ensure process conformance, and support value delivery across Financial Planning & Analysis. You will act as the key global point of contact for OpCo stakeholders, driving performance, continuous improvement, and adoption of standardized ways of working.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Govern the FP&A DBB template and translate process standards into ERPs and business platforms.
• Drive process conformance with OpCos, support root-cause analysis, best-practice sharing and capability building.
• Lead and develop the E2E FP&A stream team and ensure strong collaboration with DBB Design.
• Own change request governance—from impact assessment to solution design, testing, training, and release.
• Coordinate across process, data, and technology to ensure end-to-end adoption and value capture.
• Define and improve PPIs to support continuous improvement of FP&A performance.
• Implement process changes through the DBB release management framework and support change management in OpCos.

You Are a Good Candidate If You

• Have 10+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance roles in a multinational or complex environment.
• Understand end-to-end FP&A processes and their interaction with data and technology.
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with systems (ERP, MS Office, Power BI).
• Can communicate clearly and translate complex concepts into simple, structured messages.
• Demonstrate strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Have proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and energize teams through change.

Youre a Great Candidate If You Also

• Have experience in transformation, process design or change management.
