We are looking for a DBB Standing Organisation Stream Lead FP&A to bring the global DBB design to life within Operating Companies (OpCos), ensure process conformance, and support value delivery across Financial Planning & Analysis. You will act as the key global point of contact for OpCo stakeholders, driving performance, continuous improvement, and adoption of standardized ways of working.

Responsibilities

• governing the FP&A DBB template and translating process standards into ERPs and business platforms
• driving process conformance with OpCos, supporting root-cause analysis, best-practice sharing and capability building
• leading and developing the E2E FP&A stream team and ensuring strong collaboration with DBB Design
• owning change request governance—from impact assessment to solution design, testing, training, and release
• coordinating across process, data, and technology to ensure end-to-end adoption and value capture
• defining and improving PPIs to support continuous improvement of FP&A performance
• implementing process changes through the DBB release management framework and supporting change management in OpCos.

Qualifications

• bring 10+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance roles in a multinational or complex environment
• understand end-to-end FP&A processes and their interaction with data and technology
• have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with systems (ERP, MS Office, Power BI)
• communicate clearly and can translate complex concepts into simple, structured messages
• demonstrate strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
• bring proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and energize teams through change.

Additional

• have experience in transformation, process design or change management.
