We are looking for a DBB Portfolio Manager to define, prepare, lead and execute the deployment of the Global Business Platform(s) within the scope of the Digital Backbone. Successfully meet the project deliverables on time, in full and within budget. The role involves managing and monitoring the deployment plans and risk management. Part of the Regional Transition Team, works closely with D&T counterparts and Global Functions in a complex and fast paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly and properly communicated to all different groups of stakeholders. The role leads Platform Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Managing the relation with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategic level. Navigating the organizational challenge through the design, construction, and deployment processes
- Maintaining the project drumbeat, leading and guiding through the deployment process. Monitoring the delivery against plans
- Designing and leading the platform deployment plan and change strategy, ways of working and capabilities required to mobilize and collaborate with DBB Deployment, OpCo and Global Functions to align and achieve DBB program objectives
- Collaborating with Regional Change & Comms to shape the change management strategy DBB vision, metrics of success and key messages. Ensuring alignment with wider business agenda. Articulate the journey and anticipated outcomes to energize everyone through change
- Ensuring timely assessment of current capabilities and closure of capability gaps
- Resource management, leading planning and management of resources, ensuring utilization of resources with cost efficiency and quality prioritized
- Leading multidisciplinary team. Motivating, managing, and inspiring the project team, coaching to support individual development and improved team outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters degree
- +5 years managerial experience required in a complex international environment and +5 years in cross functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation
- Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing, and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy. Desirable experience leading technology - change implementation project
- Multi-cultural experience demonstrated through international work placements
- Seniority and stature to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop a clear vision for the future of the organization, understand the current set-up, and identify the critical areas for improvement
- Functional skills in change management, organizational transformation, end-to-end process thinking, analytical and conceptual thinking
