• Administer IBM Db2 databases on the z/OS platform – from A to Z
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical systems
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze incidents, and optimize database operations
• Plan and execute reorganizations, backups, and data recovery
• Support the migration to Db2 13 and implement maintenance packages
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams – locally and globally
• Maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and share knowledge
• Participate in after-hours support – including night and weekend on-call rotation

• You have several years of experience as a Db2 for z/OS administrator
• You’re comfortable working with large-scale, mission-critical systems
• You’re a team player who’s not afraid to take ownership
• You communicate confidently in English – especially in technical contexts
