responsibilities :
Provide second-line support for incidents, changes, and requests
Intervene on production incidents to ensure minimal downtime
Coordinate and assist with application migrations across environments
Study and implement database monitoring and operational tools
Write detailed installation, deployment, and operations manuals
Respond quickly to critical incidents and escalate when necessary
Communicate directly with clients regarding incidents and changes
Support database deployments and patching in complex environments
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of database systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure integration
requirements-expected :
Excellent expertise in Oracle database administration
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
Experience with Sybase databases
Fluency in French at a minimum B2 level
Willingness to be available for on-call duties
Strong understanding of production incident management
Experience with database monitoring and automation tools
Ability to write clear technical documentation
Good communication skills for direct client interaction
Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows environments
Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced support scenarios
