Your duties:

• Installation and administration of Oracle and Microsoft-SQL-Server databases
• Backup and Recovery of Oracle and Microsoft-SQL-Server databases
• Monitoring and performance analysis
• Regular maintenance work (patches, updates)
• Troubleshooting in second and third level in the area of Oracle and Microsoft-SQL-Server
• Change and Problem Management (e.g. Jira)
•  On-call duties (Oracle & SQL)

Our requirements:

• Completed IT-focused training, such as System Integration Computer Science, or a degree in fields like Computer Science or Business Informatics
• Very good knowledge in the administration of MS SQL (14,15,16) and Oracle database systems (12c,19c)
• Good knowledge in the following areas:

¨      Oracle Recovery Management (RMAN, RCAT, FLASHBACK)

¨      Oracle PDB/CDB

¨      Oracle high availability solutions (Data Guard)

¨      Security topics (Listener TLS, Oracle Wallet, Audit)

¨      MSSQL Active-ON

¨      Azure Managed Instance (MSSQL)

•  Routine handling of Linux and Windows
• Knowledge in CHECK MK, OEM, Oracle Apex/Weblogic, Solarwinds DPA, MySQL
•  Programming knowledge PL/SQL, SQL, Java und Bash/Powershell
• Structured and analytical thinking and working method
• English skills in spoken and written
