As a Data Verification Specialist you will support the sales organization by making sure that accounts, territories, and user permissions are correctly set up. You will help realign territories based on sales policies and forecasts, and resolve issues related to account or opportunity ownership.
- Handle and process territory change requests.
- Update account ownership when territories change.
- Create special territories based on customer needs.
- Set the right system access for users depending on their roles.
- Support various ongoing projects.
- Review territory and forecast setups to help plan for the new sales year.
- Fix issues with opportunity or account ownership.
- Explain territory rules and processes to Account Executives.
- Help with additional tasks assigned by the leadership team.
- Minimum BSc degree must have.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity.
- Detail-oriented with a reputation for thorough process documentation creation, review, and training.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
