Obowiązki

• You will create GenAI pipelines, prototypes and products

• You will architect innovative cloud & on-premises data solutions

• You will develop Machine Learning models and data pipelines

• You will create AI/GenAI strategies

• You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders from leading companies across industries and geographies

Wymagania

• Defining overall data strategy and evaluating its business impact

• Conducting assessments of as-is business processes and suggesting roadmaps towards a data-driven organization

• Formulating creative business cases, interacting with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and recommendations

• Providing strategic advice on technological solutions for businesses with the focus on advanced analytics, data platforms & architecture, and data-driven business insights

Oferujemy

• Practical knowledge of ALL tools, frameworks & technologies below:

• o GenAI (required: agents, tools, RAG; optional: agentic workflows, fine-tuning)

• o One of the listed Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)

• o Machine Learning (Statistical foundations, Python)

• Strong passion for implementation but also willing to work on strategic topics

• Degree in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods or relevant experience

• Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and within the organization

• Growth mindset, positive attitude & strong interest in solving client challenges, adapting to a changing work environment and dealing with new issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good command of any other foreign language would be a strong asset
