The recently established Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function will further accelerate SEBs deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime. The FCP function is one of the largest consumers of data within SEB including customer, transaction, and product data, and where good data management is critical.
responsibilities :
Collect and prioritize all technical data requirements for FCP function.
Design and implement a Data Strategy for FCP and provide technical solutions to stakeholders in FCP.
Ensure adherence, adoption and continuous improvement of data policies, standards, and practices across FCP and provide technical business analysis capabilities.
Provide expertise to various areas of FCP in accessing FCP critical data from data producers and help resolve data integrity issues using Collibra.
Collaborate with the Systems and IT teams to design and implement Data Sharing agreements and data access protocols.
Ability to perform the transaction data mapping end to end and provide the guidance to the transaction monitoring capabilities.
Identify the golden sources for Transaction monitoring, Know your customer (KYC), Sanctions, Screening, Fraud.
Ability to drive new product approval committee’s and data decisions.
Ability to understand data structure and to provide technical expertise to manage data
Ensure close collaboration between the Data Governance team with the FCP critical Business functions and Group Data Management Office (GDMO), as well as with the IT function.
Ability to design the ETL to extract the data and build a data governance program for FCP.
requirements-expected :
Extensive previous experience working within a Data or IT function as a Technical Data Steward/Data Analyst or similar type of role.
Understanding of data governance key data elements and technical assets model and implement change procedures for owned data assets.
Ability to perform data analysis tasks and assist the agile team in development of data flows.
Working knowledge of Collibra DQ will be advantageous.
Hand-on experience using programming languages such as Python/SQL/Scala/Big Query and data analysis role.
Ability to understand data solutions on Global Cloud platforms, and experience with migrating on-prem assets.
Understanding of JSON and/or XML.
