Data Specialist - Katowice

You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. As a part of our global team you will participate in various international projects.

We are looking for talented individuals at various experience levels (Mid - Senior) to join our dynamic Data & Analytics (DnA) team in the following areas:

Data Scientist

The Data Scientist is responsible for customizing and implementing solutions centered around Artificial Intelligence technologies, specifically in natural language processing and information extraction. You will support AI solution development tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver AI solutions that meet business needs and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers and project managers to develop and refine AI models.
• Conduct research and provide feedback to the AI lab researchers on model performance and improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or PySpark.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English.

Data Engineer

The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for building data platforms that enable efficient decision-making for our clients. You will design robust solutions using state-of-the-art data engines and modern data warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures that support data analytics.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners globally to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Solve complex business problems through innovative data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/Java/Scala).
• Experience in database development, data warehousing, and distributed data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in big data environments.

Data Visualization Engineer

The Data Visualization Engineer is responsible for implementing solutions that enable clients to make informed decisions through effective data visualization. You will design and implement reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and project managers to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data visualization.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Understanding of relational and multidimensional databases and data modeling concepts.
