We are seeking a Data Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions that align with business objectives.
You will be working as part of a small team building data solutions, helping drive Wella’s ambition to be more data driven and building data products to enable efficient use of BI and AI within the company.
This role requires expertise in data architecture, integration, and governance, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based data solutions, ETL processes, data modelling and analytics frameworks.

responsibilities :

Architect and design end-to-end data solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Develop and optimize data models, pipelines, and integration strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance data processing and analytics.
Provide guidance on best practices for data storage, retrieval, and transformation.
Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
Work closely with Architecture teams in general and Head of Data Engineering

Expertise in Azure Cloud Platform for data solutions.
Strong knowledge of ETL tooling (Fivetran, dbt, Databricks).
Experience with data modelling and database management (SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases).
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Scala, or Java).
Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
