We are seeking a talented Data Scientist eager to join us on this mission.

Data Scientist

What will you be doing?

1. Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve business problems.
2. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract insights and drive data-driven decisions.
3. Leverage Databricks, Snowflake, or MS Fabric for data preparation and advanced analytics.
4. Work with Delta Parquet and Medallion-based architectures to ensure efficient data organization and management.
5. Work with data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
6. Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.

You must have:

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and EDA.
2. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
3. Familiarity with Delta Parquet, Medallion-based architecture, and Lakehouse Federation.
4. Strong skills in data integration tools like FiveTran and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
5. Expertise in creating dashboards with Power BI.
6. Proficiency in JupyterHub and version control tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of Dataiku for end-to-end workflows.
2. Experience with data governance and Data Catalog tools.
3. Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and reporting.
4. Basic understanding of Docker for containerization and deployment.
