responsibilities :
Lead impactful projects: From concept to productization, youll co-create solutions solving complex business problems in DEX/CX/Operations, utilizing predictive, segmentation, forecasting, and recommendation models.
Master diverse techniques: Work with a wide array of models, including GenAI, boosting models, Bayesian methods, causal inference, optimization methods, and deep learning.
Handle massive datasets: Process terabytes of data using Google Cloud Platform solutions, working with tabular, spatial, natural language, image, and time-series data.
Drive model implementation: Take part in implementing both off-line and on-line models.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.
requirements-expected :
A degree strongly related to statistical/mathematical modeling (Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building machine learning solutions.
A passion for translating business challenges into impactful ML problems.
Excellent communication skills, from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results.
Proficiency in Python and efficient use of basic development tools.
A strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods, especially those used for forecasting and decision tree-based algorithms.
