You’ll join an international team of approximately 400 people across multiple offices.

Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in an analytics role
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming
• Experience designing and executing A/B tests
• Solid grasp of probability and statistics, especially scalable techniques
• Communicative Polish and English languages
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or related. Advanced degree (MS+) preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing (daily/monthly tasks)

• Identify and prioritise the biggest opportunities for optimisation across the exchange
• Leverage sound analytics, A/B testing and industry knowledge to help tech/product teams make sound decisions
• Monitor, optimise and troubleshoot our client’s programmatic marketplace with an eye towards automation
