We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our multinational clients team. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or AI Engineer.
• Expertise: Strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Core Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and experience collaborating via Git.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph and OpenAI.
• Experience in building AI evaluation pipelines (e.g., RAGAS, LangSmith).
• Skilled in API development using AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, and Amazon Bedrock.

Optional Skills

• Experience with Sphinx-based documentation.
• Proficiency in prototyping applications with Streamlit.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets to extract insights, develop predictive models, and identify trends.
• Machine Learning: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, applying statistical techniques to improve model accuracy.
• Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and curate data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Algorithm Development: Develop custom algorithms tailored to specific business challenges, refining them as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Reporting & Visualization: Present findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations, offering clear, actionable insights.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with AI and machine learning advancements, applying new techniques to enhance processes.

General Skillset

• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with onshore client teams, facilitating occasional low-cost travel for in-person workshops and grooming sessions. (Spain and Germany)
• Teamwork: Proactively integrate with in-house teams to enable seamless, daily cooperation.
• Communication: High proficiency in English, with strong engagement in meetings and proactive communication across teams.
