Dear Consultant, We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our multinational client's team. Location: Remote (Poland) Sector: Energy Type: B2B (Poland-based role supporting a German-headquartered client) Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or AI Engineer. Expertise: Strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Core Requirements Proficiency in Python and experience collaborating via Git . Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph and OpenAI . Experience in building AI evaluation pipelines (e.G., RAGAS, LangSmith ). Skilled in API development using AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, and Amazon Bedrock . Optional Skills Experience with Sphinx-based documentation . Proficiency in prototyping applications with Streamlit . Responsibilities Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets to extract insights, develop predictive models, and identify trends. Machine Learning: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, applying statistical techniques to improve model accuracy. Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and curate data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity. Algorithm Development: Develop custom algorithms tailored to specific business challenges, refining them as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Reporting & Visualization: Present findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations, offering clear, actionable insights. Continuous Learning: Stay current with AI and machine learning advancements, applying new techniques to enhance processes. General Skillset Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with onshore client teams, facilitating occasional low-cost travel for in-person workshops and grooming sessions. (Spain and Germany) Teamwork: Proactively integrate with in-house teams to enable seamless, daily cooperation. Communication: High proficiency in English, with strong engagement in meetings and proactive communication across teams.
