Your Role

1. Driving the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for reproducible research and well-managed software delivery.
2. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional team, sharing information, valuing diverse ideas, and partnering effectively with global colleagues.
3. Translating complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scope, ensuring timely and well-managed deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fostering innovative ideas to solve real-world challenges.
5. Communicating proactively, sharing work effectively, and describing ideas compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Leading AI adoption across the enterprise.

Your Skills

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing).
2. Strong proficiency in Python, including code review, unit testing, and working with a large codebase.
3. Experience with AWS.
4. Documented experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively.
5. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, designing and conducting experiments efficiently to answer empirical questions.
6. Fluent communication in English.
