About the Product & Technology Department
The Product & Technology Department consists of more than 500 experts. Responsibilities
Developing machine learning (ML)–based solutions to address business challenges
Working end-to-end on ML models: from conceptualization based on business requirements, through data preparation, model prototyping, building data pipelines with embedded models, to production deployment
Monitoring deployed models, analyzing their results, and implementing meaningful improvements
Prototyping features for a feature store that serves as a foundation for multiple models
What We Expect
Hands-on experience working with large datasets
Practical experience in building and deploying machine learning models
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, particularly in regression and classification
Knowledge of the full ML lifecycle, including feature engineering, hyperparameter optimization, model evaluation, reproducibility, and monitoring
Practical proficiency in Python and its libraries (including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost, lightgbm, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly)
Strong SQL skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
A problem-solving mindset and a desire to make a real impact on product development
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Databricks and/or its components (Spark, MLflow, Asset Bundles)
Familiarity with dbt (data build tool)
Practical experience in building time series models
Experience working with cloud environments
Knowledge of financial instruments and markets
