Location: Wrocław, Poland
Work Setup: 100% Remote work
Rate: 110 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems, ensuring scalability and performance.
Manage and track experiments using MLflow, maintaining a clear lineage of model versions and metrics.
Collaborate within Databricks environments to preprocess data, conduct exploratory analysis, and train machine learning models.
Write efficient and maintainable Python and SQL code for data manipulation, feature engineering, and performance optimization.
Evaluate model performance, implement improvements, and ensure seamless deployment to production environments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, including hands-on work with model development, evaluation, and deployment.
Proficiency with MLFlow for model tracking, experimentation, and deployment.
Experience working in Databricks for collaborative development, data analysis, and model training.

Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
