• Collaborate with the team using advanced data science models and techniques
• Analyze network and business data to identify trends and possible performance improvement
• Apply advanced analytical methods and develop algorithms/models to extract insights from various data sources that support business operations across the value chain
• Develop, test, and implement data models
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to understand their needs and help translate those needs into clear analytical tasks

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of proven industry experience
• Programming skills in Python
• Expert knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
• Experience with ML libraries (e.g.: Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), big data tools (e.g.: Spark, Hadoop, etc.), and orchestration tools (ML Flow)
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking to address open challenges
• Theoretical background and experience in data analytics, data mining, machine learning, statistics and probability theory
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Familiar with agile software development and knowledge of professional software development practices, tools for source control and project management especially Git, JIRA and Confluence
• Experience working with cloud (AWS, DataRobot preferable)
• Big data ecosystems, common ETL processes, and experience with the Azure tool stack will be an asset
• Teamwork spirit
• Experience working with network / telecom data
• Good knowledge of English language
