• Minimum 4 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Strong proficiency in Python, including code review, unit testing, and working with a large codebase
• Experience with AWS
• Documented experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, designing and conducting experiments efficiently to answer empirical questions
• Fluent communication in English
