• Experience with a well-known statistical language/script (e.g., python or R)

• Experience applying data analysis and modelling techniques to real-world data

,[Will be exploring client datasets and researching novel means for gaining insights. For example, by using text analysis, signal processing, or clustering methods. , Will be exploring if, and how, the latest advances in machines learning can be used to support analysts in solving and preventing crime., Will be developing user interface/visualisation prototypes to demonstrate functionality and verify performance., Will be identifying and proposing solutions to problems which can assist our product as well as identifying boundaries where the information from different product offerings can be merged to gather more comprehensive understandings of the world. , Will have R&D time which will give you the opportunity to develop PoC solutions to integrate with the rest of the business. You will have dedicated investment time at Genetec to learn new skills, technologies, research topics or work on tools that make this possible. , Take full ownership and lead features and smaller Data Science projects independently, Be a strong advocate of Data Science methodology, collaborating closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers to release revolutionary products., Pair with our designers and engineers to ensure we deliver the best experience, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement and ensure a high-quality product delivery.
