Expert Data Scientist in developing IT Service Management data based Machine Learning models including Deep Learning, Neural Networks.

✔Working model:

Hybrid working model: remotely + on-site in Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw. 60% days working from the office, 40% from home (calculated on a monthly basis).

Frequent domestic travelling required if not located in Tricity, at least twice a quarter.

✔Description:

Increasing IT Stability by identifying, quantifying and mitigating IT issues and risks by using Advanced Analytics (predictive / prescriptive analytics - Machine Learning and more) to either prevent or reduce risks or providing service improvement plans into CSI. Automating the IT Ops reporting area, including Suppliers’ Performance by implementing Gen AI self-reporting solution(s) by implementation of:

  • automated root cause identification of business critical IT systems instability
  • to minimize MTRS and/or probability of reoccurring incident or probability of a change to cause an incident, building the Neural Network setting optimal values of the ML factors (reporting Deep Analysis)
  • Generative AI model(s) of fully automated, customized self-reporting solutions using AI – thousands of potential automation hours

✔Areas to be supported:

✔Skills:

  • Expert in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, GIT
  • Strong professional experience in T-SQL, DAX
  • Professional experience using Python for ML and data wrangling
  • Experience in one or more Business Intelligence tool as MS Power BI (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics
  • Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources
  • Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management
  • Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)
  • Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
  • Proven work experience with minimum 2-3 years in similar role
  • Fluency in English (C2 level at least)
