Increasing IT Stability by identifying, quantifying and mitigating IT issues and risks by using Advanced Analytics (predictive / prescriptive analytics - Machine Learning and more) to either prevent or reduce risks or providing service improvement plans into CSI. Automating the IT Ops reporting area, including Suppliers’ Performance by implementing Gen AI self-reporting solution(s).

• Expert in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, GIT
• Strong professional experience in T-SQL, DAX
• Professional experience using Python for ML 
• Experience in one or more Business Intelligence tool as MS Power BI (preferred)
• Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics
• Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources
• Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers
• Excellent presentation skills
• ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management
• Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)
  
• Proven work experience with minimum 2-3 years in similar role
• Fluency in English (B2 level at least)
