Your tasks

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business problems using technologies like Azure Machine Learning and sklearn
  • Working with large datasets to perform data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment using tools such as Azure Databricks and MLflow
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify key insights and translate them into actionable solutions, leveraging PowerBI for visualizations
  • Developing end-to-end analytical pipelines using modern cloud-based tools like Azure AI Studio and Azure DevOps, ensuring scalability and efficiency
  • Continuously enhancing models by incorporating advanced analytics and machine learning techniques, ensuring the highest quality and performance with technologies like OpenAI and VS Code

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and/or advanced analytics projects, with expertise in machine learning techniques
  • Proficiency in R and Python, along with experience in common machine learning libraries like sklearn, Keras/Tensorflow, and statsmodels
  • Experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and machine learning model deployment, and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization
  • A strong foundation in statistics and time-series analysis, including Bayesian inference, ARIMA, and MCMC
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international, remote team environment
  • Residency in Poland is required

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their pipelines
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and working with big data ecosystems
  • Experience with Spark programming or managing the model lifecycle using tools like MLflow
