• Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful trends and insights
• Develop machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business strategies
• Communicate findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Continuously explore new advancements in data science and machine learning, applying innovative approaches to improve solutions

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, MLOps, or data science projects
• A Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Bioinformatics
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like sklearn, PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, or OpenCV
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
• Fluency in English at least at the B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
