Job Description:

As a Data Science Engineer, you will work closely with AI Scientists and Data Analysts to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and systems that support clinical and operational data use cases.

Your Role:

1. Analyzing large data sets from various sources (clinical, laboratory, manufacturing, marketing)
2. Developing and implementing machine learning and deep learning algorithms
3. Collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize processes
4. Visualizing data and presenting analysis results in a way that is accessible to non-technicians
5. Identifying trends and patterns in data that can support business and scientific decisions
6. Maintaining and developing existing analytical models
7. Creating technical documentation and reports

Your Skills:

1. Good communication and analytical skills (ability to lead communication, and gather requirements)
2. General understanding of all Data Management areas (especially Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing)
3. Practical knowledge of SQL, and experience with relational databases
4. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with MDM technology (e.g. Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, Talend), DQ technology (e.g. Informatica Data Quality), or Metadata technology (e.g. Collibra)
5. Understanding of Agile methodologies
6. Good English spoken and written - at least B2 level
7. Experience with programming languages like Python or R
